TRIONA’S TOP TRENDS

I cut quite a few inches off my hair recently, so I’m determined to keep it in good condition now, so I’m doing the following.

REFRESHING

When it comes to shampoos, Jo Malone London Lime Basil & Mandarin Shampoo, €22.00, is a winner. With a delicate fragrance mirroring the perfume of the same name, the herb and citrus notes will give your strands a touch of scented magic, as well as leaving them clean and refreshed.

REPAIRING

Now for the actual treatment and repair power. Shu Uemura Art of Hair Essence Absolue Nourishing and Taming Overnight Serum, €44.40, is a deeply nourishing solution, ideal for damaged or weak hair. Infused with red camellia oil, it works as you sleep so you can wake up to gorgeous, rejuvenated hair.

LIFTING & SHINING

Time to shine! And what better way to do it than with David Mallett’s Gold Dust, €55. Modeled after the brand’s Volume Powder, this version not only gives you volume and lift, but its added shimmer gives ultimate shine and a real hit of star-power. Gently work the powder through the hair and style! It’s as simple as that.

SCENTING

The biggest treat on the list in terms of price point, Frederic Malle’s Portrait Of A Lady Hair Mist, €135.00 for 100ml, is a lighter take on the original fragrance, perfectly balanced for spritzing into hair, lasting for hours and hours, resulting in sublimely scented strands.
